How many backlinks need to get PR3, PR4, PR5

I am researching now on SEO optimisation. It is known that page links are important to get higher ranking. I wanted to share with you what I found on the topic. No one knows what is the exact figure but I've found an interesting post regarding backlinks and PR's (pagerank)

In my opinion backlinks are important but it's better to concentrate on your site contents and how to get more traffic to your pages. Google constantly changing the algorithm for determining page rank (PR) so it's better to stay alert and check for the latest updates on Google and popular SEO forums. I am still testing if the info in the article is correct and let you know soon.
